This website is operated by T40 Perfumes (“we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout these terms, “you” means any person who visits the site or buys from us.

You may use this website for lawful shopping and browsing only. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent purposes.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

We sell fragrance and related products as described on each product page. Colours, packaging, and images may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders if we suspect error, fraud, or stock unavailability.

When you place an order, you offer to buy the products in your cart. We send an order confirmation when payment is successfully received. A contract is formed when we accept your order by confirming payment.

Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (including Paystack and Stripe, depending on your location). We do not store full card details on our servers.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Shipping costs are agreed with you after checkout — they are not included in the product total at payment. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Shipping & Returns policy. Certain items (such as opened fragrance products) may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by T40 Perfumes or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Products are sold as described. Fragrance experiences vary by skin chemistry. We do not guarantee that a product will smell identical on every person.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
